As the launch of the new Canon PowerShot G12, Canon has also added another point and shoot compact camera
its range with the launch of the Canon PowerShot SX30.

The Canon PowerShot SX30 IS has a 14.1-megapixel sensor, a DIGIC 4 image processor and a 2.7 “widescreen LCD variable angle, which is designed to take pictures at any angle.

The PowerShot SX30features a new super telephoto lenses ranging from 24mm ultra wide to a maximum length of 840m m, will also use a lithium ion battery instead of AA batteries in previous models.

The Canon PowerShot SX30 IS go on sale later this month and will retail for $ 429.99.

Panasonic has added a new field of LUMIX TS10 its compact Lumix range. The new Panasonic LUMIX TS10 is impervious to water about 10 feet, shockproof up to 5 meters, dustproof and freezing at 14 degrees F * (1).
