ID software never was much for the narrative component of shooters in first person, so avoiding completely of their best known and still incredibly popular Quake 3 Arena. No doubt, the problems in the iPhone 4 are solved due to the effort of Apple to investigate into all the incidents and find the solutions. But what customers want is not to experience the incidents rather than getting the solution to the problems.
